Packages Group Participated in Creating Livelihoods Workshop

A group of participants representing Packages Limited, Packages Convertors Limited, Bulleh Shah Packaging (Pvt.) Limited, Tri-Pack Films Limited, and Hoechst Pakistan Limited attended a two-day workshop on “Creating Livelihoods” conducted by CERB (Center of Excellence in Responsible Business) in collaboration with SDG partners Unilever Pakistan Limited, English Biscuits Manufacturing, Toyota, Engro, and Dalda at Karachi School of Business and Leadership.

The workshops focused on how corporate strategies can be created to:

• Promote diversity and inclusion for women, Persons with Disabilities, and other minority groups

• Instill corporate values and code of conduct among partner companies and suppliers

• Create programs to upskill employees and suppliers for a more engaged and productive value chain

• Adopt communication styles that ensure knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and a respectful work culture.
